I just got my membership last week and i have pulled up 4 times and they are closed off. I’ve waited 10 min each account and they said it’ll be right up. Love to use my membership….

Drove my 2020 Toyota Camry SE through & had a standard car wash w/my membership on Thurs. January 16th. About 1/2 way through I heard a loud noise! The car wash stopped & I thought it wasn't going to finish rinsing, but it restarted. I didn't consider the noise was damage to my car. I am hard of hearing. I drove it straight home & did not dry my car there. I arrived home, walked around it to go inside & that's when I saw where my fiberglass fender on the front passenger side was totally ripped away from the car. It's all original equipment & no prior damage. I tried calling them but they do NOT answer their phones, OR allow voicemails. I did email them with a claim/damage. I received confirmation of my email. Still waiting for a reply. Hopefully they will make good on the damage. Photos attached. ****I did email you already on 1-17 & it's been 24 hours since you sent the auto response that someone would reach out. I hope that you do because I've been a long time customer & have a few friends who are as well. Please kindly respond. Thank you!****

IS BETTER JUST STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE, I WHEN IN PERSON TO ASK TO CANCEL MY MEMBERSHIP, BECAUSE NO ONE ANSWERED MY EMAILS TO CANCEL IT AND THEY CHARGED ME FOR 2 MONTHS THAT I WAS NOT ABLE TO WASH MY TRUCK BECAUSE MY COBER WAS DAMAGED, I WILL ENCOURAGE YOU TO KEEP YOUR MONEY DONT WAIST IT ON THIS PLACE. UPDATE! I will definitely don't recommend getting a membership at this carwash they reply saying they will make something workout but how they resolve it was saying that they dont cover for aftermarket parts, so definitely will recommend not to get membership with this guys from the beginning i never got the service I was paying for not tire shine at all, dont waist your time paying at this place, THEY ARE NOT EVEN TRYING TO HELP WITH WHAT THEY CAUSE IN MY TRUCK DONT EVEN TRY TO GET A MEMBERSHIP ON THIS PLACE THEY DONT CARE ABOUT CUSTOMERS!! Their carwash took my bed cover off and a car behind me ran over that piece they took a report and haven't received any call from this place, im about to cancel my membership cause the carwash most of the time doesn't wash the truck right always leaves dirty spots and sense I got the membership I never got any tire shine,

Update: 8 months from the original post I'm downgrading to 1 star. Returned and was able to keep all the parts to the car in tact but the $20 wash must not cover the back of the vehicle since it's not even wet. I can swipe my finger through the dirt. Not going back to this place. If you have gone through here and are missing parts to your car, look at the exit because that's where our gas cover, someone's license plate, and someone's tail light was.
